Extension of date of disposal of applications by the W.B. A. & R. Board - 1682- F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT Revenue NOTIFICATION No. 1682- F.T. the 20th day of September, 2017 WHEREAS the Governor is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the power conferred by proviso to sub-section (1C) of section 87 of the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (West Ben. Act XXXVII of 2003) as amended, (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to extend the date up to the 28th day of February, 2018 within which the applications for revision filed under the said section between the 1st day of April, 2016 and the 30th day of September, 2016, shall be disposed of. 2.
