Extend the time limit for FORM GSTR-4 till 24.12.2017 - 59/2017-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

NOTIFICATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar. Dated the 15th November, 2017. Notification No. 59/2017-State Tax No.(GHN-129)GST-2017/S.39(6)(1)-TH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj. 25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. 41/2017-Central Tax, dated the 13th October, 2017, which is deemed to have been notified by the commissioner of State Tax in accordance with the provision under sub-section (6) of section 39, namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 15th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 24th day of December, 2017 shall be substituted.
