GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX AND EXCISE ITANAGAR Notification No. 55/2017-State Tax The 16th November, 2017 No. GST/23/2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Department of Tax and Excise No. 38/2017- State Tax, dated the 18th October, 2017, published in the Extraordinary Gazette No.473, Vol. XXIV, Naharlagun, dated the 20th October, 2017, namely :- In the said notifications, for the words, figures and letters the 15th day of November, 2017 , the words. figures and letters the 24th day of December, 2017 shall be substituted.
