Uttar Pradesh Shasan Sansthagat Vitta, Kar Evam Nibandhan Anubhag -2 NOTIFICATION KA.NI.-2-1552/XI-9(47)/17-U.P.Act- 1-2017-Order-(64)-2017 Lucknow : Dated : October, 24, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), on the recommendations of the Council, the Governor is pleased to make the following amendments in the notification KA.NI.-2-849/XI-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(16)-2017 Dated June 30, 2017, namely:- In the said notification- (i) for the words seventy-five lakh rupees , the words, one crore (ii) for the words fifty lakh rupees the words, seventy-five lakh rupees shall be substituted; 2.
