Amendments in the Notification No. 53/2017-State Tax, dated the 15th Nov., 2017. - 63/2017-State Tax - Himachal Pradesh SGST

Government of Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department Dated: Shimla the 15th Nov., 2017 Notification No. 63/2017-State Tax No. EXN-F(10)-20/2016-Vol.1- In pursuance of section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of the Himachal Pradesh No. 53/2017-State Tax, dated the 15th Nov., 2017, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXN-F(10)-20/2016-Vol.1, dated the 15th Nov., 2017 , namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 30th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 31st day of December, 2017 shall be substituted. By Order Addl. Chief Secretary (E T) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh
