Constitute the Authority for Advance Ruling - EXN-F (10)-22/2017-Loose - Himachal Pradesh SGST

Government of Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department Dated Shimla the 15-11-2017 Notification No. EXN-F (10)-22/2017-Loose.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Gods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and rule 103 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute the Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of following officers, namely:- Sr. No. Name of officer Designation (1) (2) (3) 1.
