KGST.CR.01/17-18, DATED : 15-11-2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the following amendments are hereby made in the Notification (1-M/2017) No. KGST.CR.01/17-18 dated 13.10.2017, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part III, No.936 dated the 13th October, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 15th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 24thday of December, 2017 shall be substituted.
