Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 5th December 2017 FA-3-78/2017-1-V-(158).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 96 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017) , the State Government hereby constitutes the Madhya Pradesh Authority, for Advance Ruling at Office of Commissioner Commercial Tax, Moti Bunglow, PIN 452007, Indore.
