COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT --------------- Notification 20th February, 2018 S.O. No- 9 Dated - 20th February, 2018 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) the State Government, hereby constitutes an Authority to be known as Jharkhand Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax for hearing appeals against the Advance Ruling pronounced by the Advance Ruling Authority, in the following manner:- (i) The Chief Commissioner of Central Tax (ii) The Commissioner of State Tax [File.No Va Kar/GST/1/2018] By the order of the Governor of Jharkhand, K. K. Khandelwal, Principal Secretary-cum Commissioner.
