Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, Date 15 th February, 2018 No. FA-3-92/2017-1-V-(30).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, makes the following amendment in this departments Notification No. F A-3-92-2017-1-V-(164), dated 30th December 2017, read with Notification No. F A-3-92-2017-1-V(25), dated 30th January, 2018, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said Notification, for the figure and word 15th February, 2018 for Deputy Commissioner Commercial Tax , the figure and word 22nd February, 2018 for Deputy Commissioner Commercial Tax shall be substituted.
