Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 27 th January 2018 No. FA-3-23/2017-1-V-(19).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government, hereby further amends the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:- AMENDMENT In rule 7, in the table, in column no. (3), (i) in Sl. No. 1, for the words one percent , the words half percent shall be substituted. (ii) in Sl. No. 3, for the words half percent , the words half percent of the turnover of taxable supply of goods shall be substituted. 2.
