GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND FINANCE DEPARTMENT (REVENUE BRANCH) F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1)/049 NOTIFICATION Dated: 25th January, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (4 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the NGST Act ), on the recommendations of the Council, the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Nagaland, Finance Department (Revenue Branch) F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1)/53 dated the 26th October, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, for the words and figures except rule 96 , the words, figures, brackets and letter 'except sub rules (1) to (8) and sub rule (10) of rule 96 shall be substituted.
