GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes - Notification CCT/26-2/2017-18/31/6130 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Commissioner, upon consultation with the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, hereby notifies that no E-way Bill may be generated in respect of intra-State movement of any goods, where the movement of goods commences and terminates in the State on or before the 31st day of May, 2018.
