COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT ------------ NOTIFICATION 13th April, 2018 S.O. No. -34 Dated 13th April, 2018-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 96 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) the State Government, hereby constitutes the Jharkhand Authority of Advance Ruling in the following manner:- (i) Sri Pradhuman Badri prasad Meena, Joint Commissioner, CGST CX, Sub- Commissionerate, Dhanbad. (ii) Sri Ramchnadra Prasad Barnwal, Joint Commissioner (Administration), Ranchi Division, Ranchi. 2. The Jharkhand Authority of Advance Ruling shall function as per the provisions of Section 97 and 98 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with Rules 103 to 107 as prescribed under Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. 3.
