State Government appoints the Jurisdiction officers. - F. A-20017-1-V-(46) - Madhya Pradesh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 16th May, 2018 No. F. A-20017-1-V-(46) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017) read with rule 109A of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax rules, 2017 and this department's Notifications No. FA 3-19-2017 1-V (28), dated 24th June, 2017 and No. FA 3-21-2017-1-V (30), dated 24th June, 2017 , the State Government, hereby, appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below with their designation mentioned in column (3) thereof as Appellate Authority for the area (territorial jurisdiction) specified in column (4). The officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties conferred. or imposed on the Appellate Authority mentioned in clause (b) of sub-rule (l) of rule 109A of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 namely:- TABLE S.
