BIHAR GOVERNMENT Commercial Tax Department NOTIFICATION NO. SO 141[F.NO.BIKRI KAR/GST/VIVIDH-21/2017 (PART-I) 312], DATED 3-2-2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the notification of the Government of Bihar in the Commercial Taxes Department No. S.O. 5, dated the 2 nd January, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 11, dated the 2 nd January, 2018. 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
