GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF STATE TAXES NAGALAND: DIMAPUR NOTIFICATION F.NO.FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (PT-1)/163 Dated Dimapur, the 14 th June, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (4 of 2017) the State Government, hereby constitutes an Authority known as The Nagaland Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax . The said Appellate Authority shall consist of the Commissioner of State Taxes, Nagaland State. This notification shall come into force from the date of issue of this notification.
