Rescinds the Notification No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-II/99 dated the 1st February, 2018, - FTX.56/2017/217 - Assam SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR FINANCE (TAXATION) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 21st February, 2018 No.FTX.56/2017/217.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXVIII of 2017), the Governor of Assam, hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the notification of the Government of Assam in the Finance (Taxation) Department No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-II/99 dated the 1st February, 2018, published in the Assam Gazette Extraordinary vide number 37 dated the 2nd February, 2017.
