Amendment of Notification No. 1132-F.T. dated 28.06.2017 suspending RCM u/s 9(4) till 30/09/2018 - 915-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 915-F.T. Howrah, the 6th day of July, 2018. No. 12/2018-State Tax (Rate) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make further amendment in this Department notification No.1132-F.T.[8/2017-State Tax (Rate)], dated the 28th June, 2017, and last amended vide notification No. 357-F.T. [10/2018-State Tax(Rate)], dated the 23rd March, 2018, namely: In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 30th day of June, 2018 , the figures, letters and words 30th day of September, 2018 shall be substituted . 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 29th day of June, 2018.
