Amendment in Notification No. 14/2017- State Tax (Rate) dated 30th June, 2017 - 16/2018-State Tax (Rate) - Gujarat SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar Notification No. 16/2018-State Tax (Rate) Dated the 26 th July, 2018. No.(GHN-71)GST-2018/S.7(2)(2)-TH: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj.25 of 2017),the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government Notification, Finance Department No.(GHN- 43)GST-2017/S.7(2) (1)-TH dated the 30th June, 2017, Notification No.14/2017- State Tax (Rate), namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph,- (i) after the words State Government the words or Union territory shall be inserted; (ii) after the word Constitution the words or to a Municipality under article 243W of the Constitution shall be inserted. 2.
