GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF EXCISE AND TAXATION (EXCISE AND TAXATION-II BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 12th July, 2018 No. S.O.106/P.G.S.T.R./2017/R.96A/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of rule 96A of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab, is pleased to make the following amendment in the Government of Punjab, Department of Excise and Taxation, Notification No.S.O.55/P.G.S.T.R./2017/R.96A/2017, dated 25th September, 2017, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, after the words pleased to specify , the words and figures on and with effect from the 7th July, 2017 shall be inserted.
