Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhoapl Bhopal, Dated 21 st August 2018 No. F.A-3-41-2017-1-V-(73).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department's notification No. FA-3-41-2017-1-V(47)-2017, dated 30th June, 2017 and No. F A-3-41-2017-1-V(56), dated 29 th June 2018, namely: In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 30th day of September, 2018 , the figures, letters and words 30th day of September, 2019 shall be substituted. 2.
