Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, Dated 04 September, 2018 No. F.A-3-41-2017-1-V-(73).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in this department's Notification No. F-A-3-61-2017-1-V-(50), dated 31 st May 2018, namely :- AMENDMENT In the said notification the Serial No. (a) and entries thereto shall be substituted by following Serial No. (a) and entries :- (a) Shree Basant Kurre, Special Commissioner of State Tax .
