REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) [G.O.Ms.No. 474, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) 19th September, 2018.] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, and on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby make the following further amendment in the notification issued vide G.O.Ms.No.585, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Dept., Dated : 25-07-2018, as subsequently amended : AMENDMENT In the said notification, for the expression 30lh day of September, 2018 , the expression 30th day of September, 2019 shall be substituted.
