Amendment in Notification No. 28/2018 State Tax, dated the 10th August 2018 - 29/2018- State Tax - Arunachal Pradesh SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX EXCISE ITANAGAR Notification No. 29/2018- State Tax The 21st August, 2018 No. GST/23/2017/Vol-I.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No. 28/2018 State Tax, dated the 10th August 2018, published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, No. 382, Vol. XXV, Naharlagun, Monday, September 3, 2018 vide file No. GST/23/2017 dated 10th August, 2018, namely :- In the first paragraph of the said notification, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :- Provided that the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July, 2018 shall be furnished electronically through the common portal, on or before the 24th August, 2018 .
