Rescinding Notification No 082017-State Tax Rate dated 28062017 regarding RCM - 1/2019-State Tax (Rate) - Gujarat SGST

NOTIFICATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar Dated the 29th January, 2019 Notification No. 1/2019-State Tax (Rate) No.(GHN-9)GST-2019/S.11(1)(40)-TH : - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj.25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the Government Notification, Finance Department No.(GHN-39)GST-2017/S.11(1)(4)-TH dated the 30th June, 2017, Notification No. 8/2017-State Tax (Rate), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
