NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) [G.O.Ms.No. 256, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 20th March, 2019.] NOTIFICATION In excise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 97 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with Section 168 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 the Government hereby constitutes the requisite Standing Committee. Constitution of the Committee:- The Committee shall consist of the following members: 1. Special Chief Secretary, Revenue (CT, Excise, R S), who shall be the Chairman of the Committee. 2. Principal Secretary (Finance), who shall be the Vice-Chairman of the Committee. 3. Commissioner (consumer afairs civil supplies) Ex-Officio Principle Secretary to Govt. 4. Chief Commissioner of State Tax, who shall be the member secretary. The Committee shall make recommendations for proper utilization of the money credited to the consumer welfare fund created under Section 57 of the APGST Act, 2017. Dr. D.
