Central Government notifies an additional area of 0.769 hectares, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 2.429 hectares, at Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the State of Telangana - S.O. 1585(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th April, 2019 S.O. 1585(E).- Whereas, M/s. GAR Corporation Pvt. Ltd, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES at Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the State of Telangana; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified an area of 1.66 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1042 (E) dated 27th March, 2017; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. GAR Corporation Pvt. Ltd has now proposed to include an area of 0.769 hectares as a part of above Special Economic Zone and Central Government has granted approval on 28th June, 2018; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 0.769 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 2.429 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the areas given below in the table, namely:- TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL AREA S.
