Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Karnataka) Vanijya Therige Karyalaya, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, NOTIFICATION (07 / 2019) No. KGST.CR.OI/ 17-18, Bengaluru, Dated: 27-03-2019 In pursuance of section 168 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), and in supercession of the Notification (1-AB/ 2018) No. KGST.CR.01/2017-18, dated the 31 st December 2018, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, No. 1548, dated the 31st December 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the time limit for furnishing the declaration in FORM GST ITC-04 of the said rules, in respect of goods dispatched to a job worker or received from a job worker, during the period from July, 2017 to March, 2019 is hereby extended till the 30 th day of June, 2019.
