COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, Dated 06 March, 2019 F.A 3-41/2017/1/V(23) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, On me recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds this department notification No. F A-3.-41/2017/1/V (47) dated the 30th June, 2017, except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
