Extension for blocking and unblocking e-way bill facility under Rule 138E to 21.08.2019. - 25/2019-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

NOTIFICATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar Dated the 24th June, 2019 Notification No. 25/2019-State Tax No.(GHN-55)GSTR-2019/S.164(42)TH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(Guj 25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the Government Notification, Finance Department No. (GHN-44)GSTR-2019/S.164(41)TH dated the 24th April, 2019, Notification No.22/2019- State Tax, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21st day of June, 2019 , the figures, letters and words 21st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted.
