GST Rules-2017-Order-(46)-2019, dated 06 August, 2019: NOTIFICATION No. KA.NI-2-1165/XI-9(42)/17-U.P. GST Rules-2017-Order-(46)-2019 Lucknow : Dated : 06 August, 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No. KA.NI-2-829/XI-9(42)/17-U.P.G.S.T Rules-2017-Order-(40)-2019 Dated: 04 June, 2019, namely:- Amendment In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21st day of June, 2019 the figures, letters and words 21st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted.
