Re-constitute the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling - G.O.Ms.No.393 - Andhra Pradesh SGST

REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) RE-CONSTITUTION OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCE RULING. [ G.O.Ms.No.393, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 11th September, 2019. ] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 96 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, read with Rule 103 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby re-constitute the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling with the following members: 1. Sri D.Ramesh, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, O/o. Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh, Eedupugallu, Krishna District. (Member- State Tax); 2. Sri Musuluru Srikanth, Joint Commissioner, Customs preventive Commissionerate Vijayawada (Member-Central Tax) In the event of arising a vacancy of a member for any reason in the Authority for advance ruling, it will be filled automatically with an officer appointed to the above posts.
