Extension of time upto 20th September 2019 in respect of 08 districts for filing of return in form GSTR-3B. - 11147/CT/POL-41/1/2017-Policy - Orissa SGST

Commissionerate of CT and GST, Odisha (At Cuttack) (Finance Department, Government of Odisha) No. 11147/CT/POL-41/1/2017-Policy Dated 22-08-2019 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act) with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said rules), l. Bishnupada Sethi, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, on the recommendations of the Council do hereby make the following amendments in this office notification No. 8481/CT Dated 28.06,2019, namely;- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely: - Provided that the return in FORM GSTR-3B of the said rules the month of July, 2019 shall be finished electronically through the common portal, on or before 22 nd August, 2019: Provided further that the return in FORM GSTR-3B of the said rules for the month of July, 2019 for registered persons whose principal place of business is in the district mentioned in column (3) of the Table below, of the State as mentioned in column (2) of the Table, shall be furnished electronically through the common portal, on or before the September, 2019; TABLE Sl.No. Name of State Name of District (1) (2) (3) 1.
