NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT [G.O. Ms. No. 136, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 10th September 2019, Aavani 24, Vikari, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2050.] No. II(2)/CTR/733(c)/2019. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in supercession of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/284(d)/2018, published at page 1 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 16th March, 2018, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Tamil Nadu consisting of the following officials, namely:- (i) Tmt. G. Laxmi Priya, IAS, Joint Commissioner (State Tax), Enforcement-I, Chennai; and (ii) Tmt. P. Hemavathi, Principal Commissioner, GST, Chennai North Commissionerate, Chennai. 2.
