GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division ___ Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(111) In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Government notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(97), dated 8th March, 2019, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 2, Series I No. 49, dated 8th March, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the table, after Sl. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:- 2A. 2202 10 10 Aerated Water . 2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2019.
