Seeks to amend Notification No. 19833-FlN-CTl-TAX-0022-2017, dated the 29th June, 2017 - 33402 - FIN-CT1-TAX- 0043/2017 - Orissa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 30 th September. 2019 S.R.O. No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of section II of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 19833-FlN-CTI-TAX-0022-2017, dated the 29 th June, 2017, published in the, Extraordinary No. 1134 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 29th June, 2017, bearing S.R.O. No. 296/2017, as amended from time to time, and the last such amendment made in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 40946-FIN-TAX-0043/2017 dated the 31 st December, 2018 published in the Extraordinary issue No. 2463 of the Odisha Gazette dated the 31 st December. 2018 bearing SRO No. 494/2018, namely:- In the said notification, - (1) in the Schedule, (i) after Serial No. 57 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: 57A 0813 Tamarind dried ; (ii) after Serial No. 114B and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: - 114C 46 Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/ flowers/bark ; 2.
