Seeks to amend notification No 2/2019- State Tax (Rate) dated 7.3.2019 - 18/2019 - State Tax (Rate) - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, District-Raipur Notification No. 18/2019 - State Tax (Rate) Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated : 30.09.2019 No. F-10-39/2019/CT/V(90)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) (herein after referred to as the said Act ), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the State Government, in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 2/2019-State Tax (Rate), No. F-10-12/2019/CT/V(33), dated the 7th March, 2019 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 87, dated the 11th March, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, (I) In the Annexure (i) after Si. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following S1. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: - 2A. 2202 10 10 Aerated Water ; This notification shall come into force on the 1 st October, 2019.
