Seeks to bring rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the CGST (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 in to force - 4-DA/2019 - No. FD 47 CSL 2017 - Karnataka SGST

FINANCE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION (4-DA/2019) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, Bengaluru, dated: 30.09.2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 24th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2019 [Notification (4-D/2019) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, dated the 26th July, 2019, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, No. 647, dated the 26th July, 2019], shall come and shall be deemed to have come into force.
