Seeks to amend Notification No. (7/2019) No. FD 48 CSL 2017, dated the 29th March, 2019 - 24/2019 No. FD 48 CSL 2017 - Karnataka SGST

FINANCE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION (24/2019) No. FD 48 CSL 2017, Bengaluru, dated: 30.09.2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 9 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the Government of Karnataka, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government of Karnataka Notification (7/2019) No. FD 48 CSL 2017, dated the 29th March, 2019, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, No.267, dated the 29th March, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2, for the entry in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely: - Cement falling in chapter heading 2523 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975). . 2.
