Seeks to amend Notification No. F A-3-26-2019- I-V - (53) dated the 29th June, 2019, - F-A-3-26-2019-1-V-(66) - Madhya Pradesh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan Bhopal Bhopal, Dated 27th September, 2019 No. F-A-3-26-2019-1-V-(66).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this departments notification No. F A-3-26-2019- I-V - (53) dated the 29 th June, 2019, namely:- In the said notification in paragraph 2, the following proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of July, 2019 , the figures, letters and word, 31 st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted. 2.
