Seeks to amend Notification G.O. Ms. No. 35, dated the 5th August, 2019 - G.O. Ms. No. 47 - Puducherry SGST

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT (G.O. Ms. No. 47, Puducherry, dated 18th September 2019) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the Council and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Puducherry, Commercial Taxes Secretariat issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 35, dated the 5th August, 2019, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 129, dated the 5th August, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21st day of August, 2019 the figures, letters and words 21st day of November, 2019 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have been issued on the 21st day of August, 2019.
