REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) THE ANDHRA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 (ACT No. 16 OF 2017) - CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO THE NOTIFICATION ISSUED IN G.O.Ms.No. 255, REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT, DATED : 20-03-2019. [ G.O.Ms.No.453, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 6th November, 2019 .] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 16 of 2017) (herein after referred to as the said Act ), the Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Service Tax Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby make the following amendments to the notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No.255, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-Il) Department, Dated 20.3.2019, as subsequently amended, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, in the Annexure, after Sl. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- 2A 2202 10 10 Aerated Water . 2.
