CORRIGENDUM - Various Notifictions. - EXN-F(10)-20/2019 - Himachal Pradesh SGST

Government of Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department No. EXN-F(10)-20/2019 Dated: Shimla-2 14th November, 2019 CORRIGENDUM (i) In the notification No.16/2019-State Tax (Rate), dated 1st October, 2019 published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide even number on 3rd October, 2019, at page No.6634, in line 2, the word and figure Section 9 , shall be read as Section 11 . (ii) In the notification No.19/2019-State Tax (Rate), dated 1st October, 2019 published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide even number on 3rd October, 2019, at page No.6636, in line 5, after the words Agricultural Organization and before the words for execution of projects , the words and brackets, of the United Nations (FAO) shall be added. (iii) In the notification No.20/2019-State Tax (Rate), dated 1st October, 2019 published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide even number on 3rd October, 2019, at page No.6640, in second last line for the word, without , the word with shall be read. (iv) In the notification No.23/2019-State Tax (Rate), dated 1st October, 2019 published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide even number on 3rd October, 2019, at page No.6647, in line 5, the figures 2019 , shall be read as 2018 .
