Notification to extend the last date for filing of FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter July-September 2019 by four days from 18.10.2019 till 22.10.2019 under the HGST Act, 2017 - 100/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 19th November, 2019 No. 100/GST-2. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 57/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 57/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, in paragraph 2, - (i) in the proviso, for the sign . existing at the end, the sign : shall be substituted; (ii) after the proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely:- Provided further that the due date for furnishing the statement containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in said FORM GST CMP-08 , for the quarter July, 2019 to September, 2019, or part thereof, shall be the 22nd day of October, 2019. 2.
