Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 948/2019/10(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CTR-18 Dehradun : Dated: 14 November, 2019 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 281/2019/4(120)/XXVII(8) /2019/ CTR-2 dated 09 th April, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the Annexure, after Sl. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: - 2A 2202 10 10 Aerated Water ; 2. This notification shall come into force on the 1 st October, 2019.
