State Government appoint Deputy Commissioner CT & GST - S.R.O. No.403 - Orissa SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 6th November, 2019 S.R.O. No.403/2019 - In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), and subsection (2) of Section 3 of the Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004(Odisha Act 4 of 2005) and with sub-rule(7) of rule 3 of the OVAT Rules, 2005 , the State Government do hereby appoint the following Deputy Commissioner, CT GST to be the Deputy Commissioner, CT GST of State tax/Deputy Commissioner, Sales Tax for the purpose of the said Acts with effect from the date they assume charges as such to assist the Commissioner of State Tax and they shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred or imposed by or under the provision of the said Act within such local areas as may be assigned to them by the Commissioner.
