Amendment in Notification No. F.1-11(91)TAX/GST/2019, dated the 25th April, 2019 - F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019(Part) - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) NO. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019(Part) Dated, Agartala, the 11/11/ 2019 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department, NO.F.1-11(91)TAX/GST/2019, dated the 25 th April, 2019, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 849, dated the 25 th April, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: Provided further that the due date for furnishing the statement containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in said FORM GST CMP-08 , for the quarter July, 2019 to September, 2019, or part thereof, shall be the 22nd day of October, 2019. . 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 18 th day of October, 2019.
