F 17 (131) ACCT/GST/2017/4728 dated 08.08.2019, I, Dr. Preetam B Yashwant, Commissioner, State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby, notifies that appeal to the Appellate Authority under sub-section (1) of Section 107 of Che Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) shall be accepted. if filed manually in Form GST APL-01 for the period from 01.07.2017 till the online module on GSTN portal comes into force.
