Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, District-Raipur Notification No. 04/2020 - State Tax Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated: 15.01.2020 No. F-10-04/2020/CT/V(04) - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 04/2018-State Tax, No. F-10-2/201 8/CT/V(3), dated the 24th January, 2018, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 31-A, dated the 25th January 2018, namely :- in the said notification, in the third proviso for the figures, letters and word 10 th January, 2020 , the figures, letters and word 17th January, 2020 shall be substituted.
